Nothing is deleted without you
- iOS asks you to confirm every deletion. Shinefy can’t delete photos on its own.
- Deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days, so you can still restore them.
- With iCloud Photos turned on, deleting a photo removes it from all your devices and from iCloud.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Shinefy analyzes photos and videos on your iPhone. They leave your device only if you copy them yourself, for example to a cloud folder you pick.
What happens to the photos I delete?
iOS asks you to confirm, then moves them to Recently Deleted in the Photos app. They stay there for 30 days. To get the space back sooner, empty Recently Deleted in Photos.
I use iCloud Photos. Anything to know?
Yes: with iCloud Photos, deleting a photo on your iPhone also deletes it from iCloud and your other devices. Look through each group before you clean.
Can Shinefy clean other apps or the system?
No. iOS doesn’t let any app touch other apps’ data or system files. Shinefy frees space where it really can: your photos and videos, contacts, calendars and the files you keep in it.
Is my Vault backed up?
No. Vault content is encrypted with a key that never leaves this iPhone, so it isn’t synced or included in backups. Deleting Shinefy deletes the Vault.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In Settings, tap your name (Apple Account), then Subscriptions › Shinefy. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends so it doesn’t renew.
